Mr. Iscandri Hashim Din-Gabisi (Chairman )
Iscandri Hashim Din-Gabisi is a founding member of E&I 360, and serves as Chairman. He advises on oversight, best practices and compliance. Mr. Din-Gabisi attended the Prince of Wales Secondary School at Kingtom, in Freetown, and Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Fourah Bay College, and a Master of Science from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, USA.
Mr. Din-Gabisi formerly worked for Sierra Leone Telecommunications Company as an External Plant Engineer in Freetown, and later as Station Manager South/East (Bo and Kenema). He now works for Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (Metro DC-MD-VA) as a Senior Engineer, overseeing new rail cars commissioning, technical analysis of engineering issues, working with consultants on improving rail fleet reliability, reducing the failure rate, as well as the amount and frequency of maintenance required to the railcar and its subsystems.
Gibril Koroma (Project Director)
Gibril Koroma is a founding member of E&I 360 and was elected Project Director in 2015. He oversees all project related issues including implementation and controls.
Gibril Koroma attended the Methodist Boys’ High School, Kissy Mess Mess, Freetown and Prince of Wales School, Freetown. He holds a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Fourah Bay College, and a Masters of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Lancashire, Preston, UK.
Mr. Gibril Koroma currently works as Electrical Engineer, Project Manager with the US Department of Defence in North Carolina. Prior to this engagement, he has held senior positions as – Technical Consultant (Allscripts, USA); Technical Support Engineer (Siemens Medical, USA); Research Assistance (NC State University, USA); IT Systems Expert/Manager (UN Systems in Namibia and Sierra Leone); Systems Developer (Bank of Sierra Leone); IT Lecturer (Institute of Public Administrations and Management); Telecoms Engineer (Sierra Leone Telecoms).
Mr. Stephen Kamanda (Administrative Officer)
Stephen Kamanda attended St. Edward’s Secondary School, Kingtom and the Sierra Leone Grammar School, Murray Town, in Freetown, Sierra Leone. He holds a Bachelor of Physics from Fourah Bay College, the University of Sierra Leone, a Master of Education George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and a Master of Science in Applied and Engineering Physics from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, USA.
Before migrating to the United States, Mr. Kamanda was a teacher at the Prince of Wales Secondary School and the Lebanese International School in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Mr. Kamanda now teaches in the Fairfax County Public Schools in Virginia, USA and is also an adjunct at the Northern Virginia Community College in Northern Virginia, USA.
Ms. Fatima K Sheriff (Project Coordinator – E&I 360 in Sierra Leone)
Fatiima Kindi Sheriff is the newest member of E&I 360 family as Project Coordinator since November, 2019. She is responsible for the implementation of all E&I 360 projects in Sierra Leone.
Ms Fatiima K Sheriff attended the International Mission Secondary School at Wellington, Freetown. She is a graduate in History and Sociology from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone.
Ms Sheriff currently works as a Project Developer at RAZPEC Holdings and Procurement Centers (SL) Ltd.
Ms Sheriff is very energetic with an eye for productivity.
